HP Envy 4500 Troubleshooting
When using mopria print service on your android device some common connectivity issues may occur. For connectivity issues while printing using mopria compatible android device, try the following solutions.
These solutions will help you overcome both connectivity and common settings problem.
Solution 1: On your android device check whether the mopria print service is enabled.
On your android device open settings, then look for mopria print service tab and enable it by touching it ON, if it is not already enabled.
Now try printing the photo/document to be printed by touching print option.
Solution 2: Restarting the devices and check for all connections between the devices
Follow the steps below to complete solutions
Restart all the devices and the HP Envy 4500 printer driver to check whether the network issues have been resolved for printing.
To restart devices switch off the network, your HP Envy 4500 printer, your android device for a period of 10s to 25s and again switch it ON .using the power button the printer can be turned ON and turned OFF. For the modem/router restarting process check for the manufacturers instruction on the base of the device. After switching ON all the devices wait for the printers start up process .connect the mobile to your wireless network and now try printing the document /photo.
Check for the connection between your android mobile device and the printer.
