Traditional Wireless Deployment on Windows:
You can initially seek to configure your 802.11b / g / n printer card on a wireless router network by yourself. Make sure Wireless LED light glows steadily. Now take a note of the name and password of the wireless network which is written at the back of your router. Remember to remove the USB cable for the printer from your device.
Locate the control panel for the printer, then press and hold the wireless button to activate the device. Click the Start menu button in the Start screen of your browser, then press the Control panel folder to open it. Double-click the Network folder to open. Click on the connection called Connect a computer to the current network. Macintosh Wireless Install:
Double-click the Device Settings folder to open it. Locate and then open the Printers & Scanners tab. Now log in to the + sign that reads Add Printer and press it. To pick a wireless network, follow the onscreen directions, and then press Submit. Click Next and move on to define a name you want for your network. Click Apply, and then press the button Next. Progress even with your on-screen instructions to type in the name of the wireless network and the network authentication WEP key.
